The university announced the new PASS program, which will give students the tools they need to get back on track.

The program acknowledges that African-American and Hispanic students are often first-generation students without college-educated parents.

Those students usually don’t have a support system to help them succeed.

This program is designed to help them develop a plan to get off probation and reach their career goals.
