Students take part in “Youth Climate Strike” at State Capitol

Local students are doing their part in the fight for climate action on Friday.

Students from across the state are holding a “Youth Climate Strike” at the State Capitol in Hartford where they’ll deliver speeches and have informational booths set up about climate change. 

This is part of a nationwide movement where tens of thousands of students from all fifty states are expected to strike on May 3rd to bring attention to the environment.
