Firefighters investigating house fire in New Haven


NEW HAVEN, Conn. (WTNH)–Firefighters are investigating a house fire that began on 47 Redfield Street in New Haven on Saturday.

The fire was reported around 8:00 a.m. Saturday. Flames could be seen engulfing the house for quite some time.

Firefighters were able to get the blaze under control, and no injuries were reported.

There is no word yet if anyone was displaced by the fire. Investigators are trying to determine exactly how it began.
