The 2019 regular General Assembly session is officially over after coming to a close at midnight on Thursday.
But the work isn’t done just yet. Governor Ned Lamont wants lawmakers back at the State Capitol later this month to address his transportation plans.
That, of course, involves the highly controversial proposal to install up to 50 electronic highway tolling gantries on four of the state’s major highways.
