Grand Canyon staff issue safety warning to visitors after 3 deaths within 2 weeks


Staff at the Grand Canyon are issuing a safety warning to visitors after three people have died in the past nine days.    

In the latest case, a 67-year-old man died on Wednesday after falling over the canyon rim near the Yavapai Geology Museum.

An investigation into the death is ongoing. 

Staff warns visitors to stay on trails and behind railings.
