Greenwich police Bridgeport man on alleged assault charges


The Greenwich Police Department arrested a Bridgeport man on Tuesday accused of assault. 

Greenwich officers say they arrested a suspect with an active arrest warrant for assault on Tuesday.

Police arrested Hector Valle-marroquin, 32 of Bridgeport, under disorderly conduct, assault, and criminal mischief charges. The charges stem from an incident where Valle-Marroquin allegedly assaulted the victim and destroyed their property. 

Valle-Marroquin has a $25,000 bond set and is scheduled to appear in court on Wednesday.
