Grievance hearing set for bus driver that lost his job after bus fight


A greivance hearing is scheduled for the bus driver fired from his job following an attack on a CTtransit bus in Hamden.

Stefan Knox was hit over the head with a metal cane by a passenger. Knox hit him back, which his bosses ruled as self defense.

Police say Knox was caught kicking that passenger outside of the bus, after the initial assault. That cost the 19 year veteran driver his job.

His hearing is scheduled Monday morning at 8 a.m. CTtransit will have ten days to decide.
