Guilford police search for 2 wanted in Ulta theft

Police are searching for the two people who allegedly stole from a Guilford Ulta Beauty store on Thursday afternoon.

Police say that at around 4 p.m., officers responded to the Ulta Beauty store, at 1919 Boston Post Road, for the report of a shoplifting

Employees told police that a man and woman had entered the store at around 3:45 p.m. and filled a shopping bag with beauty merchandise and a hair dryer, before quickly leaving the store.

The two suspects then got in an older silver or gray Chevy Impala with significant driver’s side damage. There were also two other people inside of the car who were also seen inside of the store.

Police say that the license plate was deliberately blocked while fleeing the scene. The car was last seen getting on Interstate 95 southbound at the exit 57 entrance towards New Haven.
