Hartford Man Pulled Over with Suspended License

LEDYARD, Conn. (WTNH)- A Hartford man was arrested in Ledyard after police say he was pulled over, had a suspended licence and had a warrant out for his arrest.

Police arrested 40-year-old Cedric Goines during a traffic stop on Route 12 in Ledyard, near the Ocean State Job Lot. Police say Goines had a suspended license and there was a PRAWN affidavit for him. Police arrested him and then he was released on bond.

Goines is due to appear in New London Superior Court next month.

Police charged Goines with Failure to Driver Right, Operating a Motor Vehicle While Under Suspension, Driving While Intoxicated and Failure to Appear in the Second Degree.
