AAA provides wellness tips for older drivers

Would you like to stay driving as you get into the latter years of your life? Well, AAA has some advice to keep you behind the wheel.

AAA’s study shows greater fatigue and poor physical functioning are major reasons why older drivers spend less time driving.

So what can you do? The AAA suggests,

  1. Stretching before you get into the driver’s seat.
  2. Balance training, aerobic exercise, and muscle strengthening activities, done for at least 75 minutes a week.
  3. Get at least 7 hours of sleep a day
