Apple Watch can now detect diabetes

(WTNH) — Your Apple Watch can do a lot more than just track your steps.

According to a new study, the Apple Watch can now detect diseases. The study found that the watch can detect diabetes with 85 percent accuracy.Related content: Apple watch saves man’s life

The smart watch uses heart rate sensors to pick up on anything out of the ordinary that point to specific conditions. The device can also pick up on high blood pressure, sleep apnea and atrial fibrillation.
