The CDC is releasing some tips to make sure you have a safe summer.

When it comes to the sun, it only takes 15 minutes to get burned. Experts say you should learn how to “beat the heat.”

The CDC reports more than 600 people die every year in the U.S. because of heat-related illness. They suggest paying attention to heat advisories and realize when it’s just too hot to go outside.
