(WTNH) — The holidays can be a difficult time for people struggling with depression, and that has only been exacerbated by the COVID-19 pandemic.

News 8 spoke with Dr. Sharon Kiely, Chief Wellness Officer at Hartford Healthcare about some of the emotions people might be feeling as they are separated from family and friends.
