CT courts changing docket schedules, taking precautions to minimize spread of coronavirus

(WTNH) — The State Judicial branch is taking coronavirus precautions as public schools, universities, and entertainment venues across the state cancel events with large groups of people to slow the spread of the highly-contagious coronavirus.

The courts may be expanding the use of audio and/or video conferencing, regionalizing some court functions, and staggering the scheduling of dockets to reduce the number of people in a space at the same time.
