Dietitian shares tips for healthy eating during the holiday season


(WTNH) — The holiday season is a time of celebration and relaxation.

However, for many people, the holidays bring a sense of anxiety and worry when it comes to healthy holiday eating and the amount of food being consumed.

To talk more on tips for healthy eating during the holidays is Jamie Allers, a registered dietitian at Hartford HealthCare’s Digestive Health Center.
