(WTNH)– Addressing bias of all kinds is something we are all learning.

Mui Mui Hin-McCormick, Clinical Director of Adult Residential Services at Hartford HealthCare’s Rushford, looks at this issue more in depth and tells us about unconscious bias in the video above.

Healthcare providers are also learning so much about COVID-19 as we go through this pandemic, with breathing issues and lungs as one key area.

Doctor Naftali Kaminski, Chief of Pulmonary Critical Care and Sleep Medicine at Yale School of Medicine and Yale Medicine and the Boehringer-Ingelheim Endowed Professor of Internal Medicine, tells us about the use of tear gas in these times and lung fibrosis as a long-term side effect of COVID in the video below.
