NEW HAVEN, Conn. (WTNH) — With the golf season in full swing, you may feel the effects of all those practice hits.

Sarah Emlaw, a physical therapist at Hartford Hospital, joined Lisa Carberg on News 8 at Noon to talk about a few of the most common golf-related injuries and the importance of warming up.

Emlaw also explained ways golfers could avoid injuries and some key treatment methods.
