Griffin Hospital launches program to help people quit smoking

A new program launching at a local hospital Wednesday aims to help people kick the habit of smoking!

Griffin Hospital in Derby is offering a free, four-week program that teaches methods of quitting and managing nicotine withdrawal.

Participants will learn how to develop a quit plan that addresses their personal behaviors and habits.

The program consists of Wednesday night meetings that start March 27th and continue through April.
