NEW HAVEN, Conn. (WTNH) — The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has issued a warning about the spread of a stomach bug that is resistant to drugs.
Shigella is responsible for the millions of dysentery cases each year around the world, according to Dr. F. Perry Wilson with the Yale School of Medicine.
Wilson joined News 8 to talk about the stomach bug, along with the spread of bird flu and questions about where COVID-19 originated from.
