NEW HAVEN, Conn. (WTNH) — Motorcycle enthusiasts and supports will take to the road this weekend for the Ride for Recovery.

The sixth year of the event will join together Natchaug Hospital and Veterans Basecamp of Chaplain. The ride supports mental health resources for veterans, first responders and caregivers.

Dr. Jim O’Dea, the president of Natchaug Hospital and the senior vice president of the behavioral health network at Hartford HealthCare joined News 8 to discuss the event.
