How to deal with back pain heading into the summer months

NEW HAVEN, Conn. (WTNH) — Heading into the summer months, a lot of people are getting more physically active. But if you’re not careful, some of these activities can lead to increased back pain.

Seth Hagymasi, a physical therapist and site supervisor at Hartford HealthCare Rehabilitation in Torrington, spoke with News 8 on how to deal with back pain.
