Hillary Clinton shared her thoughts on the separation of families at the U.S. border while speaking in Dublin, Ireland on Friday.
The former Secretary of State, Senator, and First Lady slammed President Trump‘s zero-tolerance immigration policy. She says the administration is using children as political pawns.
“In fact, it was because of the outcry from every corner of our country and indeed from around the world, that the Trump administration was finally forced to take at least a step toward ending family separation,” Clinton said. “Though the fight is far from over.”
Clinton raised more than $1.5 million this week to help families separated by the policy.
