(WTNH)–Getting vegetables into our diet can be hard sometimes. But we’ve got your back with ways you can do just that.
On this edition of “Good Morning Connecticut,” registered dietician and nutritionist Susie Zachman joined us to talk about ways to get your kids to eat vegetables. Only about 1 in 20 American children eat their daily target for veggies (if we exclude fried potatoes), and more than 1 in 3 parents view getting their kids to eat vegetables as a battle.
