Judge temporarily allows Hartford gas station to stay open 24/7

There is a new development when it comes to Hartford businesses staying open late.

A superior court judge has temporarily allowed a gas station on Woodland Street to stay open around the clock.

In June, the city denied 13 different stores to be open 24/7, citing recommendations from police.

The owner of that Woodland Street location sued the city.

At this time, it is unclear if this judge’s ruling will impact the other locations as well.
