Justin Elicker to run for mayor of New Haven


New Haven Mayor Toni Harp has yet to announce that she is running for re-election this year.

However, if she does, she will face another Democratic challenger.

Justin Elicker announced that he is running for mayor.

Elicker challenged Harp in both the primary and the general election in 2013.

The 43-year-old Elicker has served on the New Haven Board of Alders since 2007 and works for the New Haven Land Trust.
