Most federal workers to get back pay by Thursday


Federal workers furloughed during the partial government shutdown are back at work this week and they are finally about to get paid.

The Deputy Director of The Office Of Management and Budget hopes to get most workers their back pay by Thursday, January 31st. This after the government was shut down for 35 days.

However, government contractors, who are people like janitors and security officers working in federal buildings, will not get back pay.
