2 dead, 2 others injured in single-car crash in Southington


SOUTHINGTON, Conn. (WTNH) — Officials in Southington are investigating a vehicle rollover that involved two deaths and two injured.

According to officials, Southington police responded to Andrews Street in between Long Bottom Road and Caretaker Road for single-car collision along the reservoir. The vehicle. a Honda CR-V, contained four people: the driver Gabriella Correa, 21, front passenger Mollina Colon, 22, and rear passengers Kii Glover, 21, and Kaivon Glover, 22.

Police say the vehicle appeared to lose control on a curve and struck several large rocks and the guard rail. Both Kii and Kaivon Glover were pronounced dead at the scene.

Gabriella and Mollina were transported to the hospital for non-life threatening injuries.
