A Florida woman says her two dogs helped save her life in December after a medical problem occurred.

Maureen Hatcher had a stroke in December cutting off blood flow to the right side of her brain.

“I just went face first into the floor. I remember Sadie coming in. I said, ‘Mommy needs help,’ and they were gone.”

The two dogs, Sadie and Bella, ran across the street to alert a neighbor.

The neighbor went inside and called 9-1-1.

Hatcher says it’s a miracle her dogs were able to get to the neighbor, as Hatcher’s door always locks automatically, but that day it must have stayed ajar allowing her dogs to nudge it open and get out.
