Man sues Boeing after brother killed in crash, Boeing declines to comment on lawsuit


The family of one of the American victims of last month’s Ethiopian airlines crash is suing Boeing, which manufactured the 737 Max jet that crashed.

Mucaad Abdalla’s family filed its suit in federal court in Boeing’s hometown of Chicago. The suit claims Boeing did not let pilots know about the risks and dangers of its new automated anti-stall system.

Boeing has declined to comment on the lawsuit.
