NASA astronauts venture outside International Space Station for spacewalk

NASA Astronauts Christina Koch and Nick Hague ventured outside the International Space Station on Friday for about 6.5 hours on the second of three back-to-back spacewalks.

They are conducting work outside the station.

Last week, astronauts installed new and stronger batteries for the station’s solar power grid.

Another spacewalk is planned for April 8.
