New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft has filed a motion to stop any public release of spa surveillance videos.

Police say they have video evidence of the 77-year-old paying for sexual services in Florida.

Attorneys for Kraft asked the court yesterday to grant a protective order to safeguard the confidentiality of the materials seized from the Orchids of Asia Day Spa in Jupiter – in particular, the videos.

The request was made on the same day that a source familiar with the case said Kraft will not accept a plea deal offered by state prosecutors in the case.
