SHELTON, Conn. (WTNH) – A New Haven man has been charged with last December’s fatal hit and run of a bicyclist in Shelton.
Shelton Police have charged 36 year old Ryder Kingsley with negligent homicide with a motor vehicle and evading responsibility.
According to police Kingsley struck a bicycle that 55 year old Brian Climis of Ansonia was riding on Bridgeport Avenue on December 23rd and fled the accident scene. Climis died several days later from his injuries.
Kingsley is being held on $100,000 bond pending his arraignment today in Derby Superior Court
