NEW LONDON, Conn. (WTNH) – New London Police have arrested a man who they say fired a bullet into a house last fall. Donnie Moore, Jr. 20, was arrested Thursday morning in New London. Police say on October 30, 2015, he fired a shot ripped into a house and nearly hit an innocent bystander. The person was standing in his bedroom when the bullet came through the bedroom window and wound up stuck in a wall in a bedroom closet.
Moore is charged with Possession of Pistol without a Permit, Unlawful Discharge of a Firearm, Weapons in a Motor Vehicle, and First Degree Reckless Endangerment. He’s being held on $25,000 cash bond.
