A new study finds there is not much proof that probiotics actually work. Probiotics are made of a combination of live bacteria and yeast.  

They’ve been believed to help with bloating and intestinal infections. But a study published in the “Cell Journal” finds there aren’t many benefits to the highly commercialized pro-biotic products.
