NORWALK, Conn. (WTNH) – Norwalk Police have made an arrest in a sexual assault case that dates back to 2015. On Tuesday, the Norwalk Police Special Victims Unit arrested Jose Manuel Prado, 19, of Norwalk. Police say in March of this year they received a complaint accusing Prado of sexually assaulting juvenile victim in 2015. Police say there was an extensive investigation, that led to a warrant being issued for Prado’s arrest. Prado is charged with First Degree Sexual Assault, Fourth Degree Sexual Assault, and Risk of Injury to a Minor. Bond was set at $15,000 and Prado is due back in court on July 20th.
