News 8 is on the scene of a massive police presence on East Main Street in Meriden.
Authorities have confirmed that there has been an officer-involved shooting. While no officers have been injured, police could not say whether anyone else was hurt.

Employees at a local business nearby says two cars were going after each other, pulled over in parking lot and started shooting.
