PD: Fugitive from Justice brought back to Windsor Locks to face murder charge

A Windsor Locks man, who was arrested as a Fugitive from Justice in New Jersey, was brought back to Connecticut and charged with murder on Friday. 

Police say that on March 28th,  24-year-old Quahzier Bouie, was apprehended in Neptune, New Jersey by Windsor Locks detectives and the NY-NJ Fugitive Task Force, on an outstanding Connecticut arrest warrant for murder. 

Bouie was brought back to Windsor Locks to face charges for his involvement in the death of Michael Keene, which happened in November of 2018.

Bouie was charged with murder, conspiracy to commit murder and tampering with or fabricating evidence. He was held on a $2 million bond.
