Police arrest Naugatuck man who broke into Town Hall, hid in cabinet

Naugatuck officers arrested a suspected Town Hall burglar hiding in a metal cabinet on Wednesday. 

According to police, officers were dispatched to Naugatuck Town Hall to investigate a burglar alarm on Wednesday. Police surveyed the area and found the suspect hiding in a metal cabinet inside Town Hall.

Naugatuck police arrested the accused Romaine Patterson, 23 of Naugatuck. Patterson is charged with burglary with a $5,000 bond. Patterson was scheduled to appear in court Wednesday.
