Police arrest two Hartford adults and teenager for assaulting Annie Fisher School security guards

Hartford police have arrested two Hartford residents and a teenager accused of assaulting the school security guards of Annie Fisher School on Plainfield Street.

Police report that at approximately 10:16 a.m., a call was received of an assault involving a security guard at Annie Fisher School at 280 Plainfield Street.

Upon patrol officer arrival, it was determined that a man and woman parked in an unauthorized parking space in the school area and were asked to park elsewhere. 

According to police, the man allegedly became aggressive and punched the security guard on the head. The woman then joined in followed by her 15-year old son. A second security guard who responsded to assist was also assaulted. 

One of the guards suffered a laceration to the head and was transported to St. Francis Hospital

Police have confirmed that the incident did not enter the school, but was on school proprty. The 15-year old was not a student of Annie Fisher School. It is not known why the man had attempted to enter the building.

Police arrested Matthew Locke, 34 of Hartford, for assault charges and is held on a $7,500 bond, and Amber Mills, 39 of Hartford, for assault charges and held on a $5,000 bond. Both have court dates in February.

The 15-year old, who will not be named, has been arrested on assault charges as well and will appear in juvenile court at a later date.
