Putnam woman arrested for operating a drug factory


A big drug bust in Putnam on Thursday.

Putnam Police charged 30-year-old Melissa Carroll with running a drug factory.

Police searched her home Thursday afternoon.

They found over 500 bags of Heroin, two ounces of Cocaine, prescription pills and $530.

Police say Carroll was out on bond for a previous drug arrest.

She’s locked up on $250,000 bond. Carroll will be arraigned at Danielson Superior Court on Friday.
