Owner of New York limo company facing charges in connection to crash last year killing 20

A man who operates a New York limo company is now facing a slew of charges in connection to last year’s deadly crash.

Schoharie’s District Attorney announced on Friday Nauman Hussain was indicted on 20 counts of manslaughter and 20 counts of criminally negligent homicide. He runs Prestige Limousine.

One of his cars was involved in the crash that killed 20 people in 2018.

He’s accused of hiring a driver he knew was not certified to operate the stretch limo.

They also said he knew the vehicle had mechanical issues but still let it go on the road.
