Will putting tolls in Manhattan reduce New York’s congestion problem?

A push for tolls in Manhattan is in discussion to temper the New York’s congested pathways.

A lobbying group called Fix Our Transit Coalition believes tolls could be the best way to reduce some of the congestion in the big apple.

The group would like to see the money raised form those tolls to upgrade the city’s aging subway and transit systems.
