Road reopens following police presence in New Britain


NEW BRITAIN, Conn. (WTNH) — A road in New Britain has reopened early Tuesday morning following police presence. 

According to authorities, there was police presence on Trinity Street in the city of New Britain early Tuesday morning. 

For a period of time the road was closed, but it has since reopened.

There is still no word on the reason for the presence. 

No further details are available at this time.
