DANBURY, Conn. (WTNH) – Firefighters in Danbury had their work cut out for them this morning after an RV fire jumped to a home.

It happened early this morning around 1:30.  Fire crews responded to an RV trailer on fire on Hlltop Manor.  Firefighters say the fire jumped to the left side of the house.  Crews were able to put out the house fire and the trailer fire.   Firefighters for the Danbury Fire Department stayed at the scene until 4:30 in the morning.  There are no injuries being reported. They tell news 8 that three adults and four children were displaced because of the fire.  The Red Cross is helping to find them food and shelter.

The fire is now under investigation.
