Scooter operator in serious condition after collision with motorcycle

HARTFORD, Conn. (WTNH) — A scooter collided with a motorcycle around 11 p.m. on Monday evening on New Park Avenue at Merrill Street in Hartford causing a road closure.

The 17-year-old scooter operator is in serious condition.

The Hartford Crime Scene accident reconstruction team is currently investigating.
