Study: Unhealthy food may contribute to teen depression

News

(WTNH)– Researchers are saying there is a possible link between unhealthy food and depression in teens.

Tests found high levels of sodium and low levels of potassium in a group of middle schoolers.

They also saw signs of depression with the children and their parents.

According to the researchers, high sodium indicates a diet of processed foods and unhealthy snacks.
