Study: Vitamins and supplements have no impact on living longer


Are you taking vitamins to try to stay healthy? A new study says they can’t replace a balanced diet.

The study in the Annals of Internal Medicine tracked 30,000 people for a decade.

They found taking vitamin and minerals as supplements had no impact on living longer.

Vitamin A , K, magnesium, zinc and copper do seem to prevent early death but only when eaten naturally in food.
