New Haven joins Hartford, Bridgeport in offering 5G internet service


NEW HAVEN, Conn. (WTNH) — More new technology is making its debut in New Haven!

New Haven joins Hartford and Bridgeport as the Connecticut cities are offering 5G for compatible devices. 5G is about 100 times faster than 4G.

The service now covers more than 50 million people across the country even though there are very few devices that are yet to use 5G.
