Zoom facing class-action lawsuit for allegedly sharing user data with third parties, including Facebook

(WTNH) — Amid rising positive coronavirus cases, there’s also rising security concerns over the video conferencing platform Zoom.

With so many people now working from home, many companies have started using Zoom, but the company is now facing a class-action lawsuit for allegedly failing to properly safeguard user information.

The lawsuit says Zoom shared user data with third parties, including Facebook. Zoom says it takes privacy and security seriously.
