Texas flooding leaves drivers stranded


DALLAS (WTNH) — While Connecticut is getting over the second-wettest February on record, the Dallas-Fort Worth area of Texas is recovering from the wettest February on record.

It’s leaving drivers stranded in the middle of roads.
